Default H23 DOHC engine into 1.6 coupe

hi all have a bit of a problem that i could realy do with some help on. i own a 1999 civic coupe Lsi 1.6 SOHC non v tech , and have just aquired a 1995 prelude 2.3 DOHC . i want to fit the prelude engine etc to include a suspension and brake swap as well.
does anyone know of any details available to do this swap or a site where i can download instructions. i am a trained mechanic for over 20 years so have some general mechanical knowledge. PM or e-mail : ashu14@dsl.pipex.com

keep the head and sell the block. buy a H22 block and put the H23 head on it.

vtec...vtec...vtecvtecvtec...not v tech

I would think H23 block + H22 head would be better, no?

no. the H23 bottom end is much weaker than the H22. the H23 head is vtec, the H22 isnt.

H22s have been known to be bored and stroked to as high as 2.7l. im pretty sure theres a spoon or AEBS (dont remember which) built H22 thats at 3l.
