I cant find head bolts anywhere.. Im doin a mini me swap... D15b8 block and d16z6 head. No one has the bolts for the d15b8 block... Are there any other ones that I can use? Please help, this has to go together tomorrow night.

 

ARP or Honda

 

Honda says that they don't stock them anymore...... That's pretty gay

 

thats hella weak... I would go with ARP if you are boosting, but it might be overkill for just a head swap... look around on the internet more.. you may find a company that makes aftermarket head studs that are not as good as the ARP ones, but they will be cheaper and will work... just keep snooping around.. you will find some... check autozone or pepboys... they might be able to find some cheap replacments....

 

Just called arp, they only have listings for the d15b7... and i'm not boosting. The b7 bolts run 137... duno if theyd work. Autozone and all of them have no lisings... Carquest says they may have a possibility and are callin me back so I got my fingers crossed.

 

check Global Auto Parts.. they specialize in import parts

 

Carquest found some for me... they're ordering them from somewhere, not sure where.. but damn, this is a common engine, y so hard to find head bolts. Thanks for the help!
