Head swap to a VTECH
Hey guys,
I want to beef up my engine a bit and wondered how hard, or even if its a good way to go, swapping out my SOHC head for a VTECH. I have a '96 civic CX hatch back. I want to boost the whole engine, replacing pistons, rods, intake, and most likely adding a turbo. Will a head swap really be beneficial or more of a pain?
Also, will my current block be fine, or would I need to swap that as well? I have heard as long as the block is not warped or cracked it would be fine. Is that true?
Thanks guys
