Default Motor swap-Non Vtech to a Vtech

I have a 99 Honda DX(D16y7) and have the opportunity to get a 95 D16z6 with about 70,000. The z6 is a standard, my DX is a auto. What all will be involved in swapping it out?
Will flywheels change out?
What about ECU? I can get the ecu out of Standard car- but will it work for my auto?
Will Auto tranny bolt up?
What about the exhaust?
Never thought about this so I come to the experts.....

I think the issues will be lack of a CKF sensor on the '95, different distributor mounting pattern, and the extra air holes in the intake of the '99. Other than that it should fit exactly. There is a workaround for the CKF that is commonly written up. The transmission and exhaust attachment is the same. If you wanted the VTEC to actually work you would need to change the ECU. I don't think that any OBD1 ECU can interact with a 1999 automatic transmission, so it's a good time to do auto to manual conversion.
