Electric superchargers, are not superchargers. haha. If you only have a stock B16, put on Intake, Header and Exhuast.
Ditto. They are called Commercial Blowers.

There is a big ol thread around here somewhere that talks about them...and how crappy they are...and how you SHOULD NOT buy them! get an I/H/E and a short shifter...you might not kill ever GSR..but your ride will be a little quicker...and if you have traction issues....get some good stickies...but please, not Drag Radials!...also, if you want to go fast in the corners...get a full coil over kit!

yeah I got the H/I/E but gonna buy a new exmag exhaust soon. I guess boost is the only way then lol, OR sell my B16 and do a B18C swap

only gonna gain about 10 hp here if you swap out and the b18c is heavier than the b16. i would suggest staying with the b16 and researching turbos.

I guess my B16 lacks the torque while the B18C owns me in that lol.

they both dont have very much torque. just boost it and enjoy your new found buddy torque. like they say, and somebody will probably argue me on this but its just my .02

torque moves a car, hp sells a car

after much thought... I am going to leave my B16 behind and go with a B18C1, I won't feel bad about wasting moeny on the B16 because I basically got it for free so it'll be my backup engine.

EDIT: Nevermind... I'll get a LSD tranny and see what happens then lol. I'll stick to the B16 and make the B16 owners PROUD.
Damn I want a B18c1 so bad too lmao

Why the hell does everyone keep saying "go turbo". I understand, but the guy said hes an N/A GUY! You could swap in a GSR block and do some I/H/E, cams, high comp, and be making well over 200hp N/A. The best (so far) i have seen a b16 go n/a is around 180hp.

Boooooost hahaha. Truthfully, we like to see people do things to make sure it works before we try it ahah. It is true that B16 engine likes a cam?
