Default intake manifold/throttle body question

have a 00' integra ls (soon to be ls/vtec) and I found a skunk2 intake manifold and throttle body 68mm for $450 brand new shipped that are for an ls, which is my car.

A) if i plan on doing an ls/vtec head swap, would it be pointless for me to get these? AKA will they not line up properly to the new head?

B) since I wont be doing the vtec head swap for another year, I will probably get both of these anyways. I already have intake, header, exhaust. How much additional power will the intake manifold and throttle body give me roughly, and how much power increase do you think all 5 of these mods have given me?

they will work on both heads, the only b series head with a different intake pattern is the GSR but a ported matched stock b16 intake mani and a H22 tb would do just as good a job.
