JDM H22A or B16?

How much money do you think the cam, springs, and retainers will cost to install? Also wouldn't I need a better clutch and a lighter flywheel? How much would I be looking at for those and how much approximately to install? I read that the inlet size on 14b and 16g are the same, will the 16g be a straight replacement for the 14b, will anything else need to be changed?
I bought the car wit hall this work done to it already, i read i will need a fuel pressure regulator and a new Fuel Pump. Is it ok to assume the previous owner did this, or could I check? I could contact him and ask?

the turbo inlet is not what you want to look at, the wheel size is and make sure you are looking up a EVO III 16G and not just a plain 16G turbo.

Ya I know but what I was asking is will this turbo be a straight swap for my turbo? Will anythig else need to be changed?

i have a h22 in my civic and the handling is not bad, i autocross it andit turns better now. and the power gain is great, about as good as the d16y8 with a 75 shot on it. the swap was a pain in the butt.. butit was my first major swap. but well worth the trouble,
