K20A3 vs K20Z3

Default K20A3 vs K20Z3
Are the K20A3 and K20Z3 the same motors just using an A or Z to signify if it's from Japan or built elsewhere? If so, will the Skunk2 K20A3 cams work in my K20Z3? I'm driving a 2011 SI sedan.

Look at wikipedia.org regarding the motor specs. They are different motors in terms of power and a few other things. I think the cams are interchangeable.
