LS V-tec i cant decide
what combination of the ls vtec is better?

What do you want to do? Are thinking of boosting later or staying N/A? Imo a good LS/VTEC set up is a B18B block with a P&P GSR head because the GSR head has a smaller combustion chambers which will bump up compression a bit and also have quench pads that may deter detonation apparently. As for a CR-VTEC (B20-VTEC) you can get a little more torque than the LS. Agian Id go with a GSR head and port it. The type-r head is a waste of money imo unless you can get one for cheap.
