Are you serious? Really?

There is a lot of reasons i would not do this, personally. these are the ones i can think of right now:

-Transverse designed engine in a longitudinal layout frame will cause some parts and supply issues. I don't think an S2000 transmission will bolt up to the K-series (prove me wrong if i am) leaving you with a drivetrain issue.

-The K20a makes great power but lacks the torque needed to power a larger car, like a camaro. The weight might not be a whole lot different but there is more than just curb weight to wonder about. there is mass, drivetrain/axle weight, gearing, torque, mass and torque curve and rotational torque fromcrank/pistons/rods.These will all work against this engine in favour of a V8. It may be great at the high end, but the low end loss will outweigh the good IMO

There is more but i must go to a concert.

If you really wanted to i imagine you could custom fab some mounts to fit an S2000 powertrain in the engine bay.
