Default Naturally Aspirated Vs Turbo

possible for a naturally aspirated d16y8 with a ton of bolt ons and maybe a shot of nitrous to be able to hang with d16 with with just a turbo and exhaust?

I wanna turbo but i dont wanna ditch my intake and my dc headers so im wondering if i just threw on2 grand worth ofother goodiesif it would be able to hang with the turbo?

Sorry for the dumb question but im newb to the civic scene.

sell the header and intake and have that be the beginning of your turbo funds, nitrous is like a turbo for 20 seconds at a time, then you need $$$ to refill the bottle, turbo is like nitrous all the time. Installing the nitrous and refilling the bottle5 or6 times will pay for a turbo kit.
