NEED ANSWER ASAP: aftermarket EG radiator question
im swapping out my brother's EG civic CX five speed OEM radiator right now sunday night.
he ordered an aftermarket replacement radiator from pro street online.
they sent the correct size, but i noticed the bottom has two extra brass tube connector tubesat the bottom.
my father said not to worry about the extra connectors, because theyre for automatic transmission model civics.
he also said nothing will flow out of the brass connector pipes. I'm thinking the opposite.
has anyone ever swapped out their OEM radiator and run across this same dilemma???
I need an answer quick because I have to drive back home three hours tonight. the sooner i can get this radiator swapped, the sooner i can get home.

do they have a valve thing on them...like the kind on air compressor houses that wont let anything out unless theres some thing "pluged in" to it? or are they just random holes? i would think that if they were extra they would have some kind of plugs for them. good luck...even though it should be done because it is now monday. lol
That's the A/T cooler. Nothing to worry about if you have a 5 speed, just put caps on 'em so it doesn't contaminate.
BTW don't buy 3 piece radiators. They suck like a warp driven vaccum cleaner! Get a one-piecer!
