ok so i as most of you know bought skatemans civic not the best but im making it that way soon.. i have a blown head gasket and am replacing that.. now i have a mitsubishi turbo nothing fancy got it for free... want to know if i should put it in also what would be the best idea on the turbo dont want to spend any extra cash saving for a k20a but ya its a 1989 civic hatch.... should i do the turbo??

 

depends... how much do you want to spend?
i know a K swap is alot and a turbo is significantly cheaper.. like 4-5K cheaper and thats being very very generous

 

o i know this i have the turbo and dont want to get a more power turbo yet b/c dont want to mess engine and have to put more money in it ya know? so im going to fix the head gasket then put in the turbo... then cont to save the money... so just wondering if i should be doing anything else.. but thanks for the help i can use it now until i get my other car back and dont have to drive my civic and hurt it some more
