Oil Change Milage

I went with Mobil-1 0w-20 which bragged of exceeding the requirements and standards of a 5w-20. Thanks

I used mobil 1 synthetic with a Mopar filter. I don't count the KM's, I just try to do it usually when the oil gets quite a bit darker and looks like it should be changed

You only need to use syntheic oil if you have a hi perfromance engine if you dont dont waste your money.

Nobody is talking about needing synthetic oil. And yes, you should spend an extra 5 bucks and use synthetic because if you think of how often you have to change it, it's probably the same amount to just use Walmart Supertech Synthetic oil and change it every 7500 miles than to get dino oil and change it every 5000 miles. Also, synthetic is better for your engine.

i've been changing my oil around 6k miles on my 08 civic using penzzoil synthetic 5w-20.

The last oil changed it dropped 1/2 qt. on the stick with 6500 miles on it, it had never used any oil previously. So no i change the oil at 6k intervals.
