Default Oil leak, around Vtech plug

I have an oil leak around this spot. I have been told it is a common place?? Is it just a gasket, or does it all need replaced?

You should never have any kind of fluid leak by an electrical outlet in your house. That's REALLY dangerous. I would unplug that cordless phone immediately.

Replace the gasket. It's ~$15 on inlinefour.com. It's listed under the "OEM Honda" category. It says for B-series, but it works for D-series too.
