Default OVERHEATING!

Ok First off.........street sniper i dont wanna hear anything lol.

Okay, my car hasnt overheated, BUT i notice the temp gauge getting over medium, sometimes going pretty high.....i noticed that if i PUNCH it.......it levels out @ medium again. But today it was doing it, when i was idling.......i closed my sunroof and the sunroof closed but i accidently held the button for another second, and the friggen temp gauge went up more, i let off the switch and it flickerd back down, playin with the switch the temp gauge went up/ down a bit. Call me a moron but im pretty sure a little power going to a switch should mess with that gauge. My coolent level went down REAL low last week, but i added to it and its stayin ok now. Is my thermostat shot? Or what?

ps im running colder spark plugs, bosch platnum like sacs reccomended. Im puzzled here fellas, cuz it doesnt happen every time i drive.

Hear anything like SC pwns turbo? I wouldn't say that.

Perhaps the voltage it takes to close that big *** sunroof was taking power from the radiator fan? I suppose you don't see any leaks, huh? Try a cooler thermostat. I got a 160* one and it was only like 5 bucks. I couldn't get it on w/o taking the entire SC off, but that's not the point. thermo would be my guess.

You say the Colant went low and you added more coolant when you did that did you bleed the system to make sure no air is in the cooling system the bleed is in the front off the head
