Default Piston question

I have a 1994 d15b7. I am doing a mini me swap to a z6 head. Is it possible to add z6 pistons to the b7 block? Would this make any difference? I know everyone suggests a1 pistons, but they are harder to find!! I am jsut curious as long as I have the head off. I know the b7 rods are weak. Would this help at all??

Default RE: Piston question

the block would need to be overbored to fit the 1.6l rods in a 1.5l

1.5 and 1.6 have different size rod journals. So it wouldn't work regardless.
