Hey alright long story short I had a civic for 3 years leased it no fun kinda pissed me off. Car felt slow as **** to me and the auto lagged. Well I've been driving a 95 Talon lot of fun but I want better gas mileage something more reliable. I found a Civic EX 4dr Auto for a great price but my minimum I can have for horse power is 160hp. How much would it cost me to get an 03 up to at least 160hp (I'm not talking adding on a turbo) but If higher great, and if you can up torque even better. So I need to act on this car soon so please tell me how possible this is, what I need to get to do it, and how much it will cost me.


and p.s. yes I know you can get a car to whatever but I'm talking at a realistic non insane price.

yah thats alot of power...bolt ons to get u there would be alot more than reasonable...

Umm...i dont know why you're disregarding turbo...its the cheapest option to make that kind of power. Not to mention it will feel AAAA LLLOOOOTTT quicker if you get the 5 speed.

 

Get an old Integra coupe and get some bolt ons... it wont be 160 but at least you're starting from 140. Or better yet look for a 99-00 Si.

And I hate to say it but if you do get the 4dr then the cheapest thing for power is NOS... yeah, so go for another car.
