actually 8 might be pushing it if its driven daily like that. it will wear down exponentially faster. you prolly wanna stick with 6, maybe 7, on a daily driver. get a boost controller for those times when you need the extra PSI or 2

i dont want to say ne thing against sacicons cuz hes the man, but my friend had type r cams in his civ before he put his turbo in, but when he actually did, he took em out and put the stock ones back in.. or otherones i forget. but why would u pick the type r cam sacs?
the stock ones are actually better for power than having type r ones. the key is, i would only use the exhaust cam from the R. the extra flow on the exhaust side helps spin up the turbo faster. if you use both cams, the overlap, which is good for NA motors, will hurt the power on the turboed car. it will actually push your fresh charge straight from the intake valve out the exhaust valve, instead of into the cylinder to be burnt. and if you use a type r cam on the exhaust side, adjustable cam gears are a great idea, then you can dial out more of the overlap.
