Default problem.

well, had a good night of racing friday night...and it ran fine sunday but then sunday night when i was coming home from work, i started it, and it made a rather loud metal to metal sound...you cant really hear it outside of the car. so i poped the hood, and it seems to be coming from the far right cylender (if you were staning in front of the car) but once it warms up, the noise goes away. My buddy told me to replace the valves (valve job) but, since im going to boost this summer, i think im just going to buy a new complete head, and maybey build it up. so, my question is, what do you think the noise is, how should i fix it? and does any one have a d16y7 or y8 complete head?

thanks

I would just stick with your head and build it. Unless you dont have much downtime then I would buy a new one.
