Default pulley upgrade questions

Just wondering how much power I could get with these two pulley upgrades

also on a scale of 1-10 how difficult would these be to install?

Found this on google, though you might want to have a read.

To answer your question: The labor to remove your crankshaft pulley isn't trivial and it sounds like you haven't done it before. I'd say the labor is around a 4-7 in difficulty, depending on your experience, familiarity with the car, and available tools. Oh yes, and it also depends on the car. If you have Civic from the 1980's like I do, I'd say the difficulty goes to a solid 8. I'm willing to bet that you probably don't have a vacuum-tube controlled, carbureted ...joy. Even if you don't have vacuum lines running all over, power steering and AC make the job more complicated.
