Rebuilding...

How would i remove valves from my head? I got all the springs off now i just gotta take off the valves, i am putting in nitride valves. Is there any book i can get that gives you instructions? thanks.

You're going to need that book for torque specs and whatnot if you are rebuilding an engine...
