Default rocker arm assembly stuck on head

1993 b7 head on my bench. has all 16 bolts loose. valve adjusters all loosened. spark plugs removed. this engine has never been taken apart. I would appreciate any suggestions to safely remove the rocker assemblies.

If you've never taken one apart I suggest you get a shop manual for that car.

Hey zerojett. Thanks for the advice. I do have the 1300 page manual. Maybe its not detaied enough. Engine oil 'varnish' had the cam caps glued down. A little soak in toluol freed it up nicely. Thanks again.
