Skunk 2 stage 1 cam setting

Hi
can someone give me some advice about the Skunk 2 stage 1 came setting ? Its on my B18C1 engine with skunk 2 computer can someone tell me what kind of setting for the cam gear ? Thanks

you really dont want to mess with the settings too much without a dyno. you will just end up with a weird powerband, or even possibly, if you adjust it too far, a bent valve. I set mine at intake= +1, exhaust= -1

take it to a dyno place, cuz once the cam is set, it stays like that through the rpm range so you would want the best setting possible. it will be worth the money.
