Default Spending Money Wisely....

If you had a honda civic with a d15b and $5,000 to preform upgrades for performance only without swaping out the engine what modifacations would you make? But if you would choose to swap out the engines deduct that from the$5,000.

List all prices beside each upgrade.

You also have to consider the labor costs if you decide to get the engine swap.

Lets see if this one will work.

B18B1-$600
Rebuild Engine- $1500
Turbo Kit- $1500
ECU - 600
Other stuff - $1000

Total: $5200

Its a little over budget but not much. Labor not included and i prolly left out some stuff.

$2,100 plus S&H I am guessing around $300 170 HP
B16A G2 Engine ECU (P30)
5 speed LSD transmission Distributor
Intake Manifold Exhaust Manifold
Injectors Starter
Alternator JDM Wiring harness OBD1
Power Steering Pump Half Shaft/Intermediate Shaft
A/C Compressor Throttle Body
Fuel Rail Down pipe
Sensors

50 HP dry kit NOS $550

Add about $1000 to that just for install and other little parts that might be missing

I would spend the rest on a traction bar $350
11” brake kit that uses my stock calipers $350
Sway bars front and back $250 = a grand total of $4900
