when my buddy did that dash swap in his eg hatch he had one hell of a time getting the door panels to work
what did he end up doing about door panels, i cant figure anything out, i was thinking about cutting out the inner shell of the panel out of the integra we have and rewelding into my door and swapping over the power windows, locks and everything.

We are also thinking about just making customs door fiberglass door panels

Civtegra, are you planning on entering this bad boy in shows? Or are you just rocking the baddest ride on the block?

Might as well call it an Acura Integra.
No way!

well the dash swap was been done for a while, the orignal reason for this post was showing how I'm getting ready for my B16A1, havent gotten that in yet but yea most likely it will be easier then the dash swap, I have the car stripped right now so you cant tell by the pics but I have tan integra carpet, integra seats, door panels (still trying to figure out how to get them to work), and getting ready to build a customs speaker enclosure in the back (car is now a 2 seater) 2 12's and a big ol 2 foot amp sill be where the back seat used to be.

I'll keep you guys updated

Don't let your anxiety lead to sloppiness. Just keep on the steady path and be patient. It's looking great.

I got most of my parts off eBay cuz man you can get some great deals on there.
Audiobahn 1400 watt amp - $315 (retails at $800)
2 Audiobahn AWQ22 12" subs - $45 per sub (retail for $110 a sub)
Pair of Audiobahn 6x9 & 6 1/2 componts - $130 for all four (retail: 6x9's at $90/pair and 6 1/2 at $85/pair)
Blitz 1.2 Farad cap with 4 gauge and 8 gauge wire kit - $150 (retails for $300)

JDM B16A1 160hp/111lbs/trq complete swap (ecu, wiring, trans, etc) - $1590 shipped
ACT stage 2 clutch brand new - $195 shipped
T3/T4 Intercooled turbo kit for B series, brand new - $1150 shipped
B series mounts for 88-91 Civic - $150 shipped
R32 skyline taillights - $120/pair shipped from Japan
and so on and so on, thats all my big stuff I got, I also got a bunch of little stuff

Disclaimier: No I am not a drug dealer, some big time baller, or spoiled by mommy and daddy (I actually give my mom money every now and then), I took out a $6000 loan to get everything and work two jobs to pay my bills.

As for wher eI do the work, me and my buddy are trying to start our own custom body shop and right now where working out of his house and the back garage (hee has one attached to the house also but we work out of the one not attached to the house). We needed the garage space for someone else car we are working on so we brought my car back to my house (where the pictures were taken) until the motor arrives to free up space.

Mad7s, I'll never let aniety take over my pride in making my work look good, I've actually had my skyline taillights for almost two months now but we have been more worried about working on the swap and the front end/dash conversion, then we'll get started on the tail lights.

Thanks for everyone's compelments (I'm such a terrible speller).

Remember I'm up for ROTM for July [8D]
