ok my car wont start when i turn the key.. i replaced the battery and the starter already and still nothing.. so i jump the starter and it starts.. but i tested the starter signal wire and its not getting power.. it has an alarm on it.. so im wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram of that harness

 

What year Civic?

Might be a problem with either the starter cut relay or the ignition switch.
