Default starter problems STILL

I need help. 91 civic dx manual. when I turn the key I get nothing (no souund at all) so I take the car to a auto parts store and they test the battery and alternator which are ok. I pull the starter and they test it and it fails so I buy a starter and install it. Turn key and nothing. I have checked fuses and they are good. Is there a relay or switch that could be bad?

Any suggestions?

bankswood, I am having same issue with my 1996 EX. I replaced battery and terminals but nothing. I am puzzled. I looked in the General Auto/Mechanical Problems under the first sticky. It suggest that it might be the main relay. It also gives diagrams and how too's. I am headed out to see if that is the issue.

Good luck!

I have a manual granny so I am able to push start the car and it runs fine. It looks like the main relay has more to do with the fuel pump.
