Starting help

Default Starting help

When i leave my car for a long period of time it goes chugga chugga chugga alot before it starts. Whats the problem? What do I have to buy to fix it.?Thanks

battery? try letting your fuel pump prime first

i was suspecting, fuel pump, spark plugs. How do i let it prime?

you may have a fuel injector leak, get a fuel pressure gauge run the engine then turn it off and wait about an hr and then go back and check the fuel pressure,

to prime:
turn key on for 3 secs, turn off, repaet this 2-3 times then start it.

okay! so I primed this morning and BAM came right on like a hardon. So do I need to replace the fuel pump?
