ok i just bought a 94 civic with a 95 vtec swap and the guy i bought it from had it sitting for a few months and then went to basic training for th emilitary and while he was gone his friend was selling the car for him and went to start it and it wouldnt start. it just turns over, hes got alot of work into the engine and is running a chipped ecu. i was wondering where i should start first. he said he tried to start it with starting fluid and it wouldnt fire. any suggestions?

 

he said his buddy started it and let it idle and then it slowly died out and wouldnt start back up

 

and he said theres no power going to the fuel pump but also no check engine light or error code
