Default timing belt broke f22

my friend has a 92 accord with an f22a and a 5spd, and the timing belt snapped on it. the car was in neutral and is was at about 3000 rpm. will the valves bend becasue of the timing belt breaking?

what finalimpact said is true. So when ur buddy installs a new timing belt have get it looked at for a valve train also.

It's less likely on an F22, but a compression test is still in order.

if the valves are shot just buy a new used head and bolt it on. IMO Its easier to drop on a new head than redo the valves.
