91 Civic 1.5 timing belt broke on me.
I had just left my house this morning and before I could even get about 20mph it snapped. I need to know the step by step on how to replace it and how to set the timing and also how to install the new seals if possible.
Search this and other forums for DIYs, and download relevant Civic service manuals:

Your main concern, however, should be the possibility of valve/piston damage. Install a new timing belt and do compression tests on all cylinders. Good luck.

Don't bother with the seals yet. Put a new belt on, properly timed, and start up the engine to be sure it is OK first. You can leave the plastic covers and the accessory belts off for that test. Put the crank pulley on tight though.
