Default valve question

Hey peeps. Is there a way to tell if ur valves are worn or bad or how to tell if u need to replace?

You can do a wet compression test to see if they are sealing correctly or not.

i have them outa the head. so is there anything visually i would need to know? aside from the massive carbon build up

take them to a machine shop and ask them to see if there bent

u can lapp the valves to the valve seats so u know they are seating properly if none of them are bent.
