Default Is it worth putting 93' Z6 head on 95' B7 block?

I got a bad 93 civic with a good VTEC D16Z6 head and a 95 civic D15B7 non-VTEC with a popped head gasket and was wondering is it possible to just switch the heads and would I gain anything by doing it other than have VTEC? Also if it is worth doing the switch would I just have to switch brain boxes and run the wires to the VTEC solenoid to get it running?

^not to mention it has VTEC...

Anyway, yea it's worth it. It costs around $200 total to do it all (including the new timing belt and stuff like that), and you gain 23 BHP.

Paying $8.70 per 1 BHP isn't bad at all...
