1997 Hatchback,no light on dashboard

1997 Hatchback,no light on dashboard
Hello,
I got 97 hatcback,vtec,115hp. I got a problem,there is no power supply on the main dashboard light. When I turn on the lights I measure zero Volts (no power supply).
Does anybody know where to look? Its kind a difficult couse two wires that supply this bulb coming from inside of gauge cluster.
A|nother thing: I found on one place on the connector 12V when turn on the lights. Can I add two wires for my gauge cluster there?
