Default Fuel Filter Won't budge

As said in title, when i tried changing my fuel filter, the bango bolt would not budge, so i can't really replace it. Is there a special spray to break the rust?

WD-40. PB Blaster.

Or you need more leverage to help pop it free.

Tried WD-40, I've used a ratchet on the banjo and used an adjustable wrench to hold the filter, but with all my might, couldn't free it . i dont have pb blaster, but i will have to give it a try.
