Try switching the bulbs to the other side and check if you get the same results. If it's the same side flickering then it's the ballast. If it's now the other side then it's the bulb

I think those are Type R headlights or actual JDM SiR. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I built another SI-R motor well most of it anyways. I also installed HID's.

They are actually just OEM black housing "DEPO" (ebay) headlights I got off a guy on craigslist pretty cheap. That pic is immediately after I cleaned them up with a headlight restorer.

Ya they look just like OEM Type R Headlights. nice choice

LOL no all the JDM parts I get come from a friend in Okinawa. I was stationed there for 2 years and he just sends me what I need. You guys need some JDM parts? Ill sell them cheaper than pass and all those co's.
