if the frame is bent, isn't that a total? from what i know, if the frame is damaged, things will keep screwing up down the road, even if you "fix" the frame.

that sucks about what happened. i hate stupid drivers who think they are the only ones on the road. i'd sue to get enough money for a new car, and i'd go see a chiropractor about your neck to get an estimate to how bad that really is. kinda the same situation with the frame of your car...your neck may look ok and feel ok now, but down the road it can get worse if it doesn't heal right.
