Since you've already changed the plugs, it's almost certainly a bad cap or wire. If the misfiring continues after you change those, swap the fuel injectors around and see if the problem follows the #1 injector.

Hey, I just wanna say thanks to everyone for the input. Here's an update.

I went to auto zone and purchased a new rotor and distributor cap. I already have the NGK spark plugs in place and gapped correctly. I proceeded to replace the rotor and distributor cap and the car started up fine. The idle wasn't as rough as before but it still shook a little. So we decided to drive it back to autozone and have it checked again. On our way there, my car had some power back but still bogged a little bit. About a block away, my car died at the traffic light. It wouldn't start after that. We pushed it to the store and had it checked. This time we had the code MULTIPLE MISFIRES or something along that line. My buddy checked it and there was no sparks anymore. I THINK the sparks were BLUE when we replaced everything. The guys at autozone suggested that it may be my IGNITION CONTROL MODULE. But that thing is 100 bucks... =/

I had to tow my car back home. Now it's just parked there and it sucks because I work tomorrow. FML

Bad plug wires may have blown the coil. Replace both. Blue spark suggests a blown coil.

Make sure you you check the work you did. Everything plugged in right? Ground still grounded? Aslo, try checking your ground plug wire. It MAY have came off.
