Default 1999 Si - auto?

I recently hit a deer with my 02 Civic Dx-g. So I'm in the market for a new Civic, and a small local dealer is selling a 1999 Civic Si that has an automatic transmission. I always thought that the Si only came manual without the auto option. Any insight on this?

If you live in canada then yes, the Si's came in auto and 5 speed.

The Sir's only came in 5 speed ( in canada )

In the U.S., only 99-00 Si's came in 5 speed's

^That

If Canadian:
USDM Si = Canadian SiR
USDM EX = Canadian Si

...that or someone did a strange swap.

Check and see if it has a d16y8 or b16a2 engine?

Thanks for the responses - I had no idea the Si came auto in Canada.
This Si has 120,000kms on it and they have it at $5000 (so $5650 after the HST). Worth it?

EDIT: I should say, 120,000kms = 75000 miles. Car seems to be in good condition (the odd chip here and there on the body) and has been safetied and etested.

Yup, like they've said, the Canadian Si is the same trim level as the USDM EX. 1.6L 16v sohc vtec (d16y8), usually fully loaded, and had an auto as an option.
