Default 2002 lx sedan - improving ride quality

Hey guys, first post. So I am just taking over my wifes lx sedan with 60000 miles and really like the vehicle. The only thing I am noticing is it just doesn't feel quite as "planted" on the freeway and seems to drift around a bit. I realize that this may be because it is a small car and the generic all seasons I have onbut I am coming from a 1996 240sx with 15in wheels, gr2 strutsand it feels alot morestable at freeway speeds.

Really I am after the best ride possible atfreeway speedssince this will be my commuter and wondering what I should look at like struts, bigger wheels(currently 14's), better tires?? I really dont know what would actually make a difference and what would be just throwing my money away.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
