If you havent already, call Honda directly, not through the dealer. Be cordial. It's your last resort.
No automaker is going to care how many cars you or your family have purchased or how good you took care of them. My in laws bought subarus forever and took them the dealerships for EVERY interval (even oil changes), and it blew the headgasket (like 90% of subarus that model year did) 500mi out of warranty and Subaru told them to F'off.
