Hey guys, i'm an older guy 55 starting to mess with an older car. 87 hatchback SI. seems ther is no honda older then 88 if you try to get any after market parts. can anyone help with venders that can supply parts for this car. looking for a cat back exhaust for starters. Thanks for the help:

 

Yea, a lot of the modding scene started with 1988's. Something like an exhaust, I would suggest to pick out the muffler you want and take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld something up for you.

 

If you have a CVCC that still runs good, honestly I wouldn't mess with it at all. They're kind of fickle.

 

Thanks for the info. I'm sure to be posting progress... I did order 88 exhaust, and will be starting the mods to the car
