the b16 has vtec already in it. btw, any motor can blow with a turbo, even without. just miss a gear and you'll hear a BOOM! lol... but trust reaper on this. your B16 is perfect!

Mehhh...I dont think the turbo it's self blows If your running too high of boost it will blow your motor because motors that arent built for the boost or tuned for the boost cant handle it and will blow..

if your running an insane amount of boost on a motor that can't handle it and that isnt tuned properly then yes youu will blow your motor up

correct me anyone if i'm wrong but if i remember correctly on stock internals your motor can only take like 6-8psi... any more and bye bye to your motor.

lower the compression on your B16 to install turbo. buy forged pistons, eagle rods, arp studs, etc... with all that u can handle more boost.

I'm pretty sure no more then 10lbs...

but even so if u build ur internals and have a sh*tty tune it'll run like poopy....
