I cant help but notice there is very little talk on the board about the new for 2006 Civic in the US. Does anyone else have one? I am starting to look into mods little by little and not having alot of luck. Any suggestions? My car is exactly the one in the brochure.... I even have the rims and spoilers shown!!

There are a couple more with 06s but not that many. As for aftermarket support, give it time Honda changed the engine for the 8th gens, so aftermarket support will need some time to catch up.

 

its gena be a while untill there are gena be performace parts for the 06 civics. consider that they just came out a month ago...if u go tthe money tho u could make ur own mods.

 

there is a supercharger availible, tien already has products and kn have been working on it.

 

We've had a few 06 owners drop by, but not many have stuck around. drbyers has a silver coupe.

Are those the Honda Factory Performance wheels? I like them a lot!!

 

I've noticed on the other honda boards that their really isn't that much out there right now, as well.

give it time. the car just hit the market a few months ago.

the mods will come, especially feder kits and suspension if SEMA was any indication.

as for the engine, they already have Turbo kits in the works, but you'd void your warranty.

wheels are always an easy upgrade.

Yes those are the factory 17" upgrade in gunmetal. I like them better than most aftermarket wheels i have seen to date.....and with the snow here in Boston, i didnt want to go any larger than the 17s. Who makes the supercharger?
