will the front bumper and side skirts from a 97 civic go to a 99 civc? or is it a different shape? also will the inside door pannels fit from a 97 to 99 civic?

 

door panels and side skirts yes, the bumper will only fit if you buy 99/00 headlights, hood, and fenders

 

It is a 99 civic, i am looking to take the after market drift front bumper that i bought for a 97 civic ex and put it onto a 99 civic ex. so are you saying it will fit then or do you mean i need to buy 97 headlights fenders and hood?

 

96-98 and 99-00 are different on the outside, the grille and headlights are slightly different sizes. Your bumper will not fit correctly.

As far as the interior, I know the center console in the dash is a little different, not sure what the other differences might be.
