one of my firends got and h22 engine swap and a auto to manual conversion for 1200 so im guessin that he got the tranny conversion for about 600 i was wundering what you guys thought of me taking my 97 lx form auto to manual. how much work would actually be involved, i would not be doing it, i would take it somewhere.

things you will need:
5 speed transmisson
fly wheel
clutch
manual pedal set
shift linkage
shifter
master and slave cylinder


correct me if im wrong and if i left out something else

 

you might also have a few problems with the mounts matching or lining up.i no on my car they dont match.had to custom make one. the conversion on my car was bout 600 but i did the work.
