B18c question

Alright so i recently swapped a GSR into my EJ8 and i have a question about HP. i was looking at password's jdm engine swaps and the gsr that they sell or SI-R has 180hp is this because its jdm ? and usdm gsr's have 170hp ? and can someone explain to me what to they mean by SI-R ?

JDM Motors have higher compression, more compression means more power.

so a set of high comp pistons would be a good idea ? reason im asking is because i got some in my gsr , but they came with the engine

great idea for N/A. Get some 11.5:1 and a cam

I think they also make 12.5:1 and 13:1 but youll need some high octane fuel for those
