Default Belt problem NEED HELP!

Basically, something got in my hood and I think fell down to my belt system (The A/C, Power steering, and alt. ) for some reason my power steering and A/C belts we really loose and the A/C belt came off. It made my car sounded like a go Kart. Me and my buddy put the belt back on but when we started it up, it just came back off. We ended up cutting it off so it wouldn't mess up the other belts. But my power steering belt it really loose too, I can flex it in about 1 to 2 inches and at idle its makes a slapping noise kind of like a go kart. Im going to take it in but I want to just drive it there. Im pretty sure its driveable now but I would like to tighten up that power steering belt if its possible. Is that a simple process?

I drive a 1992 Civic Hatchback Si

This isnt my engine bay but this picture works.

That belt which from my knowledge is the power steering belt is loose how can I tighten it?

Thanks in advance

Now I do plan on getting one of those, but do you know where the tensioner on it is?
