Best way to get out dents?

I have about a dozen quarter sized dents on my hood and top of the car, they've been there for about 6 months, what would be the best way to go about removing the dents?

i suggest the dent wizard. company that goes around fixing small dings that paint isn't cracked. they go to dealerships and fix there cars paintless dent removal.

And that would help me remove them how?

Do the things advertised on TV's actually work, the instant and paintless dent remover things?

They only work so so (meaning most of the time not)... Use a paintless dent removal sevice...
